I bought tickets but want to return them?
If you cannot come to the event due to private circumstances or illness, you should contact the organization of the event to ask about this possibility. On the contact page you will find the contact details of the organizer.

I received the email with tickets, but I can't open the PDF file
For Desktop/Laptop:
On the Adobe Acrobat website, you can download the program that can download PDF files.
For Smartphone/Tablet:
Go to 'google play store' (Android) or the 'app store' (IOS/Iphone) on your smartphone or tablet to search for a free PDF reader.

I ordered tickets, but did not receive them?
It is possible that the email with your e-tickets ends up in the spam box of your email.
It is also possible to log in to your personal account at ticket patron to download your e-tickets yourself.

How can I retrieve my password?
You can go to Forgot your password to reset your password.

I want to attend the event on another day?
If the event is organized for several days or times, the organization may have an option for this. Please contact the organization of the event to ask about the possibilities.

Are there booking fees?
The booking fee of 50 cents per ticket is included in the ticket price.
